Happy is Healthy

Being in a bad mood isn't just hard on your brain, it can significantly impact your physical health. Our bodies and brain are inexplicably tied together when one suffers, the other does too. So, when you're unhappy you may have aches, inflammation and lower immune function. If you can, try to find ways to improve your mental state every single day. Happiness is a big part of staying healthy. Our moods are sensitive. So look for these positive triggers. Spending time with your loved ones, photo albums, games, sunshine, fresh air, music or a reading a really good book could be something that makes you happy. What happy triggers would you add to this list?
